Size & Fit Guide
Size & Fit Guide
The right size is the difference between shapewear that feels supportive and shapewear that rolls, digs, or feels uncomfortable.
Measure first
Use a soft measuring tape directly against your body, not over clothing.
Between sizes?
Choose the larger size for comfort or the smaller size for stronger compression.

How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Torso: For bodysuits, consider your height and torso length. If you are tall or between sizes, sizing up can improve comfort.

Compression Guide
Light
Soft smoothing for everyday outfits and easy movement.
Medium
Balanced shaping for dresses, workwear, and daily wear.
Firm
Stronger sculpting for special occasions or structured outfits.
Fit should never feel painful
Your shapewear should feel supportive, not restrictive. If it rolls, digs, pinches, or makes it hard to breathe or sit, choose a different size or compression level.
