Every Zarela order ships free — no minimum, no exceptions. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and most countries worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Use the tracking number to follow your package in real time.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Hygiene products (underwear, thongs) cannot be returned once worn for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@usezarela.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@usezarela.com with your order number and the size you need and we will sort it out for you.

Wrong Item or Damaged Product

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no cost immediately. Just email us a photo of what you received and we will fix it within 24 hours.
