At Zarela, we ship orders throughout Europe and to select international destinations. Every order is handled with care to ensure your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Times

Standard EU deliveries: 2–7 business days
International deliveries: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Products & Orders

All product descriptions are written to be as accurate as possible, but minor variations in color or size may occur due to manufacturing differences or screen settings.
Zarela reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your location and applicable tax regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zarela is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of products.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events outside our control.

All orders include tracking information, which will be shared via email once your package has been dispatched. You’ll be able to follow your order every step of the way.
