Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Zarela, we want you to love every item you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below:


1. Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request a return authorization by contacting our team at sac@zarela.com.

  2. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  3. If approved, the exchange or refund will be processed according to your request.


3. Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In those cases, Zarela will cover all return shipping costs.


4. Products & Orders

  • Product descriptions are written to be as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in color, tone, or size may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen settings.

  • Zarela reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.


5. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment gateways.

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your location.


6. Limitation of Liability

Zarela is not responsible for damages or issues arising from the misuse or improper handling of products. Please follow care instructions provided to preserve the quality and lifespan of your items.


Refund Policy

At Zarela, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If your item isn’t what you expected, you may request a refund under the following conditions:


1. Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Certain items — such as personalized pieces, intimate goods, or perishable items — may not be eligible for refunds.


2. Refund Process

  1. Email sac@zarela.com to request your refund.

  2. Once your item is returned and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.


3. Products & Orders

We aim for absolute accuracy, but small variations in color or size may occur.
Zarela reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent.


4. Payments

All payments are handled securely through authorized payment processors, ensuring your financial data stays protected.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your region.


5. Limitation of Liability

Zarela is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products.
